Bungie sent the wrong size shirt. They handled the transaction professionally, personally and swiftly. They sent a letter in hand writing apologizing for the mix up and then sent the corrected shirt. They care about their customers and they also sent some bonus stickers as well. This is how business should be run, not giving you the run around Class act company
