 Shrank 2 sizes on first wash...Mar 12, 2011

I followed the tag instructions to the letter, and actually dried it on low (the tag says medium). It still shrunk from an XL down to a medium, making it completely unwearable :( I've asked Bungie for assistance here, hopefully they'll help remedy this situation. Will update with their solution.
Update:
Bungie's efforts to help the relief in Japan have slowed the process of rectifying the situation (a condition I am not at all mad about, this is one more example of why I respect Bungie so much; I'm willing to give them some rope here, on the knowledge they won't hang themselves with it).
I was told they are using a new brand of hoodies and that mine was one of the first reports of trouble. They've offered me a replacement, a bigger size (2XL is apparently a different brand, they're checking on which brand exactly), or a full refund. More details as I get'em.
Update 2:
I mailed the shrunken one back to Bungie at their request; they're supposed to cover my shipping costs, I'm assuming via a refund or something. They will be sending me an XL Navy Marathon hoodie in its place, as its the same brand as my Bunyhug that has been super awesome and survived multiple washes so far. Will post a final update once I receive my replacement...
Update 3 (and final):
My replacement Navy Marathon hoodie (XL) arrived this week, and I received a (partial) refund for my shipping costs. It washed fine. I'm hoping they'll switch hoodie brands back at some point in the future, I'm now leery of buying any new ones they come out with. That said, Bungie is awesome and I'm happy with how things ended up.

I had the same issue as the other reviewer. I have several Bungie items (7 hoodie, Marathon hoodie, this hoodie), and both the Marathon and this one shrunk on the first washing immediately even when following instructions. I have an XL that came to about an inch below the waist line and after one washing is now about a good 1/2 - 1 inch above the waist line. The Marathon shrunk, albiet not this much.
These appear to be very poor quality which is sad considering how much I have paid for these and how dedicated I am to the Bungie products (I even have Bungie tattoos). For shame Bungie, for shame.

This hoodie came in my Bag o'swag. Its really soft and looks great. Other people have said that theirs shrank after washing. I didn't have this problem. I would recommend it to any bungie fan!
